Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sr. Executive – Business Development, Accounts & Cold Calling to drive our international client acquisition efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential international employers and corporate clients from job portals and online platforms.
Engage directly with international employers and HR managers via cold calling and telemarketing.
Maintain professional business correspondence through official emails and direct messaging channels.
Pitch company services, negotiate terms, and execute MOU/contracts with international clients.
Manage new client accounts, track pipeline status, and ensure regular follow-ups.
Generate creative ideas and post engaging content/short videos on social media platforms to attract global clients
