Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, digital channels, field visits and direct customer engagement.
Promote and sell Lifestyle & Clothing products as well as Lithium Battery, Solar and IPS/Energy Solutions.
Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, retailers and corporate clients.
Manage B2B and B2C sales activities, from lead generation to negotiation and final conversion.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, product presentations and follow-ups.
Develop and execute promotional activities for brand awareness, customer acquisition and sales growth.
Support Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn and other digital marketing initiatives.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities and pricing to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales, marketing campaigns, product delivery and customer service.
Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, customer feedback and sales forecasts for management.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and marketing KPIs.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, promotional events, dealer meetings and corporate presentations when required.
Continuously explore innovative approaches to increase sales, market share, customer engagement and brand visibility.
