Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify new customers and business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research and analyze customer requirements.
Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other necessary documentation.
Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Visit customers and markets when required.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Experience Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Email communication.
Experience in customer handling and business development will be an added advantage.
