Job Context
Industry: Building & Construction Materials / Glass & Aluminium Fabrication / Interior Design.
Workplace Environment: Mix of office work and field sales (visiting construction sites, client offices, and architectural firms).
Key Focus: Expanding market reach, driving sales volume for architectural glass and aluminium fabrication systems, and meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & B2B Sales: Identify and target prospective clients, including real estate developers, architects, interior designers, civil contractors, and individual building owners for glass and aluminium solutions.
Product Presentation & Demonstration: Present company products (e.g., aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, structural glazing, glass partitions, toughened glass) to clients and explain technical specs.
Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Conduct field visits, gather market intelligence, track upcoming construction projects, and build a strong sales pipeline.
Quotation & Deal Closure: Coordinate with the technical/estimation team to prepare cost estimates, present quotes to clients, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
Relationship Management: Maintain long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers, architects, and engineering consultants to secure recurring projects.
Project Coordination: Work closely with the factory, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure timely order delivery and execution according to client specifications.
Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments and advances from clients as per agreed payment terms.
