Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings for aluminum, glass, and facade systems.

• Conduct site visits, measurements, inspections, and project progress monitoring.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and suppliers regarding technical requirements.

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material take-off, and cost estimations.

• Ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Supervise installation teams and provide technical guidance during project implementation.

• Identify and resolve engineering, fabrication, and installation issues.

• Prepare project reports, work schedules, and technical documentation.

• Support the sales and marketing team with technical presentations and product demonstrations when required.

• Coordinate with overseas suppliers and manufacturers regarding technical specifications and project requirements.

• Ensure workplace safety standards and company policies are followed at project sites.

• Assist management in project planning, execution, and successful project handover.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in aluminum, glass, facade, construction, or related engineering sectors.

• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD. Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design software will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of aluminum doors & windows, curtain walls, glass systems, and facade engineering.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to travel for project site visits when required.
