• Age At least 20 years

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing; experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and social media marketing.

• Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other content-creation tools will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Manage company social media platforms and digital content.

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research.

• Generate and optimize leads through various digital channels.

• Coordinate with the creative and sales teams to achieve marketing objectives.

• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
