Regent Holdings Development Ltd., a dynamic land development company in Dhaka, Bangladesh, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Deputy Manager of Marketing Operations to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to promote our land development projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing operations, ensuring efficient and effective campaign execution across various channels.
Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan
Must be self motivated and dynamic.
Corporate sales planning and implementation.
Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
Any other task assigned by Management.
