Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant should be Smart,Energetic and Self-motivated with sound physical & mental health Must be well disciplined, should have dynamic & good personality.
∎ Internal and external clients are handled with good smiles, manners, and behaviorCapable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
∎ Communicate customers regularly in appropriate accent.
∎ Deal directly with customers either by telephone or Text.
∎ You must have a good voice and convincing power by phone.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
∎ Maintain client database & communications through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Customer conveyance capacity, strong interpersonal communication.
∎ Have a good attitude and mentality.
∎ Applicants have to be Smart, energetic and good communication skill.
∎ Good command in English & Bangla; both spoken and written.
∎ Must have knowledge on social media, email & web chat operations.
∎ Adequate skill in MS Office, MS Excel, Using Software & Bangla Typing
∎ Should have good convincing skill and excellent sales skill.
∎ Should be able to maintain client database.
