Experience:
· Identify, develop, and manage key accounts including manufacturing facilities, industrial parks, EPC contractors, project developers, investors, and Energy Service Companies (ESCOs).
· Understand customer energy consumption patterns and identify business opportunities related to:
o Peak and off-peak electricity tariff optimization
o Demand charge reduction
o Backup power requirements
o Renewable energy integration
· Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
· Generate new business opportunities and expand project pipelines within assigned territories.
· Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to develop customized energy storage and renewable energy solutions.
· Support solution design involving:
o Energy Storage System (ESS) sizing and capacity configuration
o Power Conversion Systems (PCS)
o Energy Management Systems (EMS)
o Technical and financial feasibility analysis
· Develop customer-centric business models based on application scenarios, including:
o Peak-valley electricity arbitrage
o Demand-side management
o Peak shaving and valley filling
o Backup power solutions
o Integrated Solar PV + Energy Storage + EV Charging solutions
· Present technical and commercial proposals to customers and stakeholders.
· Lead project development activities from opportunity identification to contract award.
· Manage bidding processes, commercial negotiations, and project approvals.
· Prepare and review tender documents, quotations, proposals, and contracts.
· Coordinate closely with technical, legal, procurement, and project delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
· Facilitate customer meetings, technical presentations, and contract negotiations.
· Conduct project financial evaluations, including:
o Internal Rate of Return (IRR)
o Return on Investment (ROI)
o Payback Period Analysis
o Revenue and cash flow forecasting
· Develop competitive commercial offers while maintaining profitability targets.
· Negotiate commercial terms, payment schedules, and financing arrangements.
· Monitor project milestones, contract execution, delivery, acceptance, invoicing, and payment collection.
· Ensure timely collection of receivables and compliance with contractual obligations.
· Develop and maintain relationships with local EPC contractors, channel partners, developers, and industry stakeholders.
· Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing trends.
· Monitor energy policies, renewable energy incentives, subsidy programs, and electricity pricing mechanisms.
· Provide market feedback and recommendations to support business strategy and product development.
· Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
· Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in key account management, project sales, business development, or solution sales within the solar, energy storage, renewable energy, power, or EPC industry.
· Strong understanding of commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage applications and renewable energy solutions.
· Knowledge of energy market regulations, electricity tariff structures, and project financial analysis.
· Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and strategic customer relationships.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to analyze financial models and develop commercially viable business cases.
· Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
