  • Proficiency in Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and other online meeting and live-streaming platforms

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights

  • Effective coordination and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external stakeholders

  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all communication outputs

  • Experience in media relations, including liaising with journalists and preparing press kits

  • Experience in planning and coordinating events, workshops, seminars, or public engagements



Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview

The Communications Associate will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing internal and external communication activities across the organization. This includes a strong focus on EU-funded project communications, digital presence management, and brand consistency.

The role combines content development, digital marketing, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to enhance organizational visibility, stakeholder engagement, and impact. The associate will work closely with project teams, designers, and leadership to ensure all communication outputs are aligned with strategic objectives, comply with relevant guidelines (including EU visibility requirements), and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive branding guidelines and communication strategies, ensuring all activities align with and consistently reflect established standards.

  • Promote the company's mission and vision through clear, compelling communication plans and coordinated actions across all channels.

  • Plan and execute visibility-enhancing activities to strengthen the company's profile among target audiences and relevant stakeholders.

  • Develop high-quality content — including blogs, articles, product descriptions, newsletter content, video script, social media posts, press releases, etc. — for Indetechs and associated companies and projects, tailored to each platform and audience.

  • Conduct in-depth, industry-related research by combining online sources, expert interviews, and studies, and convey findings with clarity and accuracy.

  • Coordinate closely with the design team to conceptualize and produce compelling communication materials and visual assets.

  • Manage and continuously update websites and social media platforms of the company and its projects, ensuring all content remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with established brand guidelines.

  • Support the digital marketing team with a particular focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and implementation.

  • Prepare periodic DC&E reports for associated projects.

  • Plan, conduct, and monitor the overall DC&E activities of the company — at both organizational and project level.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all communication channels and initiatives at both organizational and project levels, generating data-driven insights to inform strategy and support effective decision-making.

  • Facilitate effective internal communication across teams and departments, ensuring staff are informed and aligned with organizational updates and priorities.

  • Manage external communication activities, maintaining consistent and professional engagement with partners, clients, and the wider public.

  • Plan and organize company and project events, including webinars, dissemination events, stakeholder workshops, etc.
