Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Experience with ERP or inventory management software will be an advantage.Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Good communication and reporting skills.Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Maintain accurate inventory records of all fashion products including Abayas, Hijabs, Innerwear, Accessories, Fabrics, Packaging Materials, and other finished goods.

• Record all inventory transactions including Goods Receipt, Stock Transfer, Sales Issue, Customer Returns, and Stock Adjustments.

• Monitor daily stock movement across warehouse, showroom, and online order fulfillment.

• Ensure physical stock matches the inventory system and investigate any stock discrepancies.

• Track inventory by SKU, Size, Color, Design, and Collection to ensure accurate stock availability.
