Minimum 1/2 years of proven experience in Sales, Tele sales, or a customer-facing sales role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and computer operations with good typing speed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills with a target-driven mindset.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context:
Generate sales through the Website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
Identify and approach potential customers through digital channels. Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Understand customer requirements and convert inquiries into successful sales. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, monthly return reports, and customer feedback reports.
Process daily packing and dispatch activities accurately and carefully to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
