Stock Control & Monitoring

Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and periodic physical inventory audits.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual stock reconciliation.Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and report slow-moving, fast-moving, and out-of-stock items.

Identify damaged, defective, or unsellable products and coordinate for proper reporting and disposal.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.

System & DocumentationAccurately update inventory data in ERP, POS, and inventory management software.

Maintain all inventory-related documents including Goods Received Notes (GRN), Delivery Challans, Stock Transfer Notes (STN), Return Records, and Issue Slips.Generate inventory, stock aging, and replenishment reports using MS Excel and reporting tools.Ensure proper filing and documentation of all inventory records.

Coordination & Communication Coordinate with Production, Business, Store, E-commerce, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.

Support timely stock allocation for retail outlets, online orders, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Communicate stock shortages, excess inventory, damages, and discrepancies to management.

Assist in inventory forecasting and replenishment planning based on sales trends and seasonal demand.

Quality Control Ensure all received products meet the company's quality standards before stock entry.

Verify product labels, barcodes, size tags, color variations, packaging, and SKU accuracy before dispatch.

Maintain proper storage conditions to protect garments, fabrics, and accessories from dust, moisture, or damage.Compliance & Safety.

Follow company inventory policies, warehouse procedures, and stock control guidelines.

Maintain confidentiality of inventory, costing, and stock-related information.

Ensure proper material handling, warehouse cleanliness, and workplace safety standards.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

1. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records of all fashion products including Abayas, Hijabs, Innerwear, Accessories, Fabrics, Packaging Materials, and other finished goods.

• Record all inventory transactions including Goods Receipt, Stock Transfer, Sales Issue, Customer Returns, and Stock Adjustments.

• Monitor daily stock movement across warehouse, showroom, and online order fulfillment.

• Ensure physical stock matches the inventory system and investigate any stock discrepancies.

• Track inventory by SKU, Size, Color, Design, and Collection to ensure accurate stock availability.
