Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily toll collection/weigh bridge operations.
Monitor computerized toll collection and/or weigh bridge systems.
Ensure accurate transaction, weighing, collection, and reporting.
Supervise operators and ensure proper shift operations.
Identify and report system/operational issues.
Maintain daily records and prepare operational reports.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety procedures.
Coordinate with technical teams for system/equipment troubleshooting.
Educational Qualification
Minimum HSC or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of working experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a computerized Toll Collection System and/or Weigh Bridge System.
Experience in toll plaza, highway, transportation, logistics, or infrastructure operations will be preferred.
Skills & Requirements
Good computer literacy and reporting skills.
Strong supervisory and communication skills.
Good numerical and record-keeping ability.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Honest, responsible, and disciplined.
