Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare daily production and stock reports for finished goods and packing materials.
Communicate with the Electrical Division Marketing Department.
Issue packing materials for production.
Issue inward and outward gate passes.
Receive RM/PM/FG/Spare from suppliers and coordinate with QC when required.
Collect unused materials during shift changes and reissue them to the next shift.
Prepare GRN (Goods Received Note).
Control spare parts and reusable items and forecast urgent material requirements
