Responsibilities & Context:
Strong expertise in print development (Placement, repeat, color matching etc.)
Product development (Knitwear preferred)
Strong expertise in embroidery development (techniques, stich types, costing)
Follow up on sampling, corrections, and approvals.
Good understanding of fabric types, wash processes and trims.
Work closely with design and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure quality and consistency in sample output.
Handle multiple developments and meet deadlines effectively.
