• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously during assigned shifts.

• Observe and report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or any security violations.

• Maintain real-time surveillance of production floors, warehouses, gates, loading/unloading areas, and other sensitive locations.

• Record and prepare incident reports with accurate dates, times, and observations.

• Preserve CCTV footage related to incidents and provide video evidence when required.

• Coordinate with Security Supervisors and relevant departments during emergencies or investigations.

• Ensure all CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and recording equipment are functioning properly.

• Report technical faults immediately to the concerned department for timely repair.

• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and company information.

• Assist management during internal investigations, audits, compliance inspections, and buyer requirements.

• Maintain daily surveillance logs and shift handover reports.

• Follow all company policies, health & safety regulations, and code of conduct.
