• The ideal candidate should be a Graduate from any reputed educational institution.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing.

• Up to 35 Years

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, organizations, companies, schools, clubs, institutions, and sports-related organizations for cricket field rental.

• Conduct regular visits to corporate offices and meet with HR, Administration, Procurement, Welfare, Sports & Recreation, and other relevant departments.

• Generate new business opportunities through direct visits, telephone calls, emails, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Promote and sell cricket field rental packages for corporate events, tournaments, practice sessions, team-building activities, and other sports programs.

• Prepare and communicate quotations, rental packages, corporate offers, and promotional proposals to prospective clients.

• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.

• Identify new companies and decision-makers who may be interested in cricket field rental services. Develop territory/area-wise client coverage plans to maximize sales opportunities.

• Coordinate with management regarding sales targets, pricing strategies, corporate discounts, and promotional activities.

• Maintain an updated database of corporate clients, prospects, contact persons, telephone numbers, email addresses, visit history, quotations, and booking records.

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase awareness and utilization of Masco Cricket Academy.

• Promote the cricket field for corporate cricket tournaments, inter-company competitions, annual sports events, team-building programs, and recreational activities.
