Experience:

• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Chemistry

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

• Age 23 to 30 years

• Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in lab operations (Colourfastness)
• Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in lab operations (Fiber & Flammability)
• Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in lab operations (Physical Lab)
• Awareness training of ISO 17025.Test method technical training.
• Audit preparation training.

Colourfastness Lab:

• Have to knowledge about all types of Colourfastness test as per international standard.

• Able to make sample preparation & conduct all types of Colourfastness test.

• Must be knowledge about Colourfastness assessment.

• Have to willingness to shift wise duty (Morning, Evening & Night shift).

• Keeping documentation as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017

Fiber & Flammability Lab:

• Have to knowledge about all types of fiber analysis & Flammability tests as per international standard.

• Able to conduct all types of fiber & flammability tests.

• Have to willingness to shift wise duty (Morning, Evening & Night shift).

• Keeping documentation as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

Physical Lab:

• Monitoring the jobs received and testing of the group.

• Conducting all allotted tests as per methods and / or SOP.

• Maintain all QC parameter as per SOP/Guideline

• Giving required information about the progress of jobs to internal coordinator.

• To maintain TAT as per company expectation.

• Checking worksheet for correct test methods before verifying the results.

• Submitting everyday status of testing to immediate superior.

• If any test methods are deviated bring it to the notice of the immediate superior for validation.

• Maintaining the equipment performance and calibration records up to date.

• Responsible for all supervision of all testing activity.

• Ensure all prescribe PPE in lab premises

• Monitoring the performance of the staff.

• Arranging training to subordinates and keeps training record.

• Ensure the stock of consumable items maintained properly and acknowledge to the management whenever necessary to place the order
