Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Washing Factory

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Washing Factory

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

• Practical knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles, Time Study, Capacity Planning, Productivity & Efficiency Analysis.

• Knowledge of Garments Washing / Wash Production Process will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Candidates with relevant experience in Washing IE / Garments IE will be preferred.

• Prepare and monitor wash production plans, capacity plans, and daily production targets.

• Conduct time study, method study, and process analysis to improve washing process efficiency.

• Analyze SMV, capacity, productivity, WIP, and production performance and prepare regular reports.

• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives to optimize manpower, machine, and resource utilization.

• Coordinate with Washing, Production, Planning, Merchandising, Quality, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order execution.

• Monitor actual vs. target production and take corrective actions to improve efficiency.

• Support continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, cost reduction, and waste minimization initiatives.

• Maintain IE-related data, reports, efficiency records, and performance dashboards.
