M/S Sadika Afia Simi, a leading contracting company engaged in various Government Sector projects in Bangladesh, is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for the following position for immediate appointment. This role is critical to our business as it involves managing the complete tender process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to define winning strategies, analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and identify competitive advantages.
· Finalize cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and budget planning to deliver commercially sound, profitable bids
· Review past bidding outcomes to refine future strategies, adapt to competitor movements, and improve company win rates
· Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
· Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization`s requirements
· Contribution in cost and price calculations
· Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
· Prepare, review, and submit tender documents for Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, and Private sector projects.
· Monitor and analyze tender notices published through e-GP and other procurement platforms.
· Ensure compliance with PPR, tender specifications, and client requirements.
· Coordinate with technical, commercial, procurement, and finance teams during bid preparation.
· Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, contracts, and correspondence.
· Follow up on bid clarifications, evaluations, contract awards, and documentation.
· Manage contract documentation, amendments, and post-award compliance.
· Ensure timely submission of all tender-related documents and reports.
Experience
· Minimum **5–10 years** of relevant experience in tender preparation and documentation for Government projects.
· Sound knowledge of the Public Procurement Rules (PPR), e-GP system, and Government procurement procedures.
· Experience in contracting, construction, infrastructure, or engineering companies will be given preference.
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of Government tendering procedures.
· Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
· Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
· High level of integrity and attention to detail.
