Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain Customer Relationships
Provide excellent customer service.
Receive customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, or operations team for timely delivery.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment collection according to company policies.
Keep track of competitors, market conditions, pricing, and customer preferences.
Maintain Sales Records
Update customer information, sales activities, and reports using CRM software or company systems.
Work closely with marketing, customer service, finance, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations
