The Executive / Sr. Executive – HR & Admin will be responsible for leading the HR & Administration functions, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, efficient resource management, legal compliance, and smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Responsibilities & Context:

Administration & Management:

  • Manage overall office operations, including maintenance, and support services.

  • Oversee admin support stuff, procurement activities, and inventory of office assets.

  • Ensure a clean, organized, safe, and professional office environment.

  • Update and renewal Company all papers & certificates with support with company lawyer.

 

Personnel & Staff Management:

  • Support in Recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee training activities.

  • Maintain employee records and coordinate payroll & Expense processing with the Finance Department.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees by addressing HR and administrative issues.

  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies, workplace safety, security

  • Maintain employee exit procedure as per company policy.

 

Documentation & Legal Compliance:

  • Develop, standardize, and maintain effective filing and record-keeping systems.

  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of all legal and organizational documents.

  • Manage employment contracts, insurance matters, and other legal documentation.

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management or the Supervisor.
