The Executive / Sr. Executive – HR & Admin will be responsible for leading the HR & Administration functions, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, efficient resource management, legal compliance, and smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Responsibilities & Context: Administration & Management:
Manage overall office operations, including maintenance, and support services.
Oversee admin support stuff, procurement activities, and inventory of office assets.
Ensure a clean, organized, safe, and professional office environment.
Update and renewal Company all papers & certificates with support with company lawyer.
Personnel & Staff Management:
Support in Recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee training activities.
Maintain employee records and coordinate payroll & Expense processing with the Finance Department.
Provide guidance and support to employees by addressing HR and administrative issues.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies, workplace safety, security
Maintain employee exit procedure as per company policy.
Documentation & Legal Compliance:
Develop, standardize, and maintain effective filing and record-keeping systems.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of all legal and organizational documents.
Manage employment contracts, insurance matters, and other legal documentation.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management or the Supervisor.
