• Age 22 to 32 years

• Candidates have minimum 2 years practical experience in Call Center Operations.

• Additional Training: Completed courses or certifications in Call Center Operations or Customer Care Management will be highly valued.

• Entry and Exit monitoring of all staffs and report to management.

• Maintain all necessary document of staffs service file.

• Keep record of punishment and award of the staffs.

• Monitor employee performance and administrative security issues.

• Keeping a watchful eye through conducting surprise inspections.

• Leading investigations into credible allegations of misconduct or corruption.

• Collecting evidence and processing reports for disciplinary authorities.

• Any other job assigned by supervisor/top management
