• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in website maintenance or web development.

• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and WordPress/Custom CMS.

• Ability to diagnose and fix website bugs quickly.

• Knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization (preferred).

• Must have basic to intermediate experience in photo editing (Photoshop/Canva) and video editing (Premiere Pro/CapCut/DaVinci).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must work physically from the office.

We are looking for experienced and skillful individuals to provide essential IT support by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems and network infrastructure. Major duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Hardware Management: Set up, configure, and repair physical IT assets including servers, workstations, Desktop, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Maintain accurate hardware inventories.

• Network Support: Assist in managing local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), configure network devices (routers, switches, firewalls), and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

• User Support: Act as the first or second point of contact for employee technical issues, resolving problems related to hardware faults, software setups, and network access.

• System Maintenance: Perform routine system updates, apply security patches, manage user accounts, and execute daily data backups to ensure business continuity.

• Monitoring & Security: Monitor network activity for anomalies, enforce data protection and security measures, and maintain virus/malware protection across company endpoints.
