• Experience: 4 to 5 years of practical experience in IT support, service desk, or system administration roles.

• Core Skills: Proficiency in system diagnostics, Active Directory account administration, and networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN).

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving and excellent communication skills for assisting non-technical users.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must work physically from the office.

We are looking for experienced and skillful individuals who is an IT professional responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and securing an organization's computer systems, networks, and hardware.. Major duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• System Monitoring: Conduct real-time monitoring of servers, networks, and databases using enterprise tools to spot and prevent potential performance bottlenecks.

• Incident Management: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for systems, remote access, or deskside visits.

• Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, providing frontline troubleshooting for end-user devices, operating systems, and business applications.

• System Administration: Install, configure, and update operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications.

• Network & Security: Manage access controls, monitor systems for security threats, apply software patches, and maintain firewalls.

• Backup & Recovery: Perform routine data backups and establish rollback paths to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery.

• Asset Management: Track hardware/software inventories and assist with technology deployments for new and existing employees.
