Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 28 years
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an advantage.

  • Valid & updated BMDC registration.

  • Relevant professional training/certification in hospital or healthcare management is preferred.

  • A post-graduate degree like an MPH or MHA (Master in Hospital Administration) is preferred.

  • Experience: 5 years (or more) of work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.



Responsibilities & Context:

Rangpur Community Medical College & Hospital is one of the largest and world class Health Institutions in Bangladesh.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily hospital operations.

  • Monitor patient care and ensure quality service delivery.

  • Coordinate among doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative staff, and support services.

  • Monitor OPD, IPD, Emergency, OT, ICU and other hospital services.

  • Ensure proper staffing, duty rosters, attendance, and discipline.

  • Handle patient complaints and take appropriate corrective action.

  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, infection prevention, and hospital safety.

  • Ensure availability of medicines, medical supplies, equipment, and other essential resources.

  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, and other departments.

  • Monitor hospital policies, SOPs, and standard operating procedures.

  • Assist in preparing hospital budgets, operational plans, and performance reports.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable government rules, licensing requirements, and hospital policies.

  • Support quality assurance and accreditation activities.

  • Assist in emergency preparedness and disaster management.

  • Organize meetings and follow up on decisions and action plans.

  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management.

  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information.

  • Identify operational problems and recommend practical solutions.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Hospital Director/Management.
