Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
MBA (Finance) or M.Com preferred.
Professional qualification (CA-CC/CMA) preferred.
Ensure financial discipline by planning, monitoring, controlling, and optimizing administrative budgets and operating expenses while supporting strategic decision-making and cost efficiency.
Prepare annual administrative budgets and rolling forecasts.
Monitor departmental budget utilization and spending patterns.
Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
Review operational expenses for policy compliance.
Develop expense control mechanisms and approval workflows.
Coordinate budget planning with business and support functions.
Monitor CAPEX and OPEX utilization.
Prepare MIS, dashboards, and financial reports.
Support procurement through budget verification.
Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit requirements.
Support annual budgeting and strategic planning exercises.
