PGD in Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 5 years proven experience in fleet management and transportation operations position .

Manage the Group's entire fleet, including vehicles assigned to manufacturing units, corporate offices, and owners' residences.
Ensure maximum vehicle availability through proper planning, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, fitness certificates, tax tokens, route permits, and other statutory documents.
Monitor vehicle utilization and recommend fleet optimization, replacement, or disposal when necessary.
Ensure vehicles are maintained in excellent condition, clean, safe, and available as required.
Coordinate drivers' schedules to ensure timely and professional transport services while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Coordinate transportation requirements for factories, warehouses, and corporate offices.
Ensure uninterrupted vehicle support for production, logistics, procurement, administration, and employee transportation.
Supervise repair and maintenance activities carried out internally or by external service providers.
Ensure quality control of repair work and verify spare parts usage.
Monitor driver performance, attendance, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
Investigate vehicle accidents and incidents, recommend corrective actions, and maintain proper documentation.
Maintain complete transport records and fleet management databases.
Ensure all vehicle documents (registration, fitness, tax token, route permit, insurance, etc.) remain valid and updated.
Maintain compliance with BRTA regulations and other legal requirements.
Prepare transport budgets and control operational expenses.
Introduce modern fleet management technologies, including GPS tracking, digital maintenance records, and fuel monitoring systems where applicable.
Identify transport-related procurement requirements and prepare purchase requisitions with proper technical specifications and justifications.
Ensure all transport-related purchases comply with the Group's procurement policies, budget approvals, and internal control procedures.
Recommend cost-effective procurement strategies and maintain transparency throughout the purchasing process.
Ensure workplace safety, fleet security, and adherence to HSE standards.
