Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing; preferably in retail, electronics, consumer goods, or a similar industry.

Sales Skills: Proven experience in achieving sales targets and developing sales strategies.

Team Management: Ability to supervise, motivate, and coordinate a sales team.

Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing, promotional campaigns, customer acquisition, and market analysis.

Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Reporting: Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports, targets, achievements, and market feedback.

Customer Handling: Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills.

Computer Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.

Leadership: Ability to take responsibility, make decisions, and work under pressure.

Target-Oriented: Must be comfortable working with monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervise daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Handle and manage customer inquiries through calls, messages, and direct communication.

• Deal with clients during customer visits and assist in closing sales or agreements.

• Maintain strong customer relationship and provide proper support when needed.

• Monitor team performance and ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Assign responsibilities to team members and follow up on progress.

• Maintain daily reports and update management regularly.

• Ensure professional behavior and discipline within the team.
