Responsibilities & Context:

  1. Receive and manage customer calls, messages, and service requests.

  2. Coordinate with technicians and relevant departments regarding service issues.

  3. Maintain service records, customer information, and follow-up reports.

  4. Provide accurate information regarding products, warranties, and service procedures.

  5. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

  6. Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.

  7. Prepare daily and monthly service reports.

  8. Perform other duties assigned by management.
