Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with customers through phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain and update customer information in Excel sheets or CRM systems.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
