Experience:
Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, Public Administration, or related discipline.
Additional qualification in Corporate Governance or Company Secretarial Practice will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in administration and corporate affairs.
Experience in insurance, banking, or financial institutions will be preferred.
Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, Insurance Act, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Administration Department ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Oversee office administration, procurement, logistics, security, transport, and asset management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
Aware of labor act 2006.
Assist the Company Secretary in organizing Board, Committee, and Shareholder meetings.
Prepare Board agendas, minutes, resolutions, statutory returns, and regulatory submissions.
Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Supervise office facilities, vendor management, and administrative budgeting.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
