• Must have Professional Driving License with minimum Medium classes of vehicle authorized to drive.

• Should possess networking capability, entertaining clients, ability to plan ahead and ready to work under pressure.

• Confident to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Maximum 35 (thirty-five) years of age as of last date of submitting the application.

• Age and Experience limit may be relaxed for deserving candidates as per the discretion of the Management.

• Presentable personality, well groomed, courteous and excellent inter-personal relationship skills.

• Commendable documented communications proficiency both in spoken & written English and Bangla.

• Other language proficiency will be counted as an added advantage.

• Should have a “Can Do Attitude”.

• Ready to work extra hours irrespective of Duty schedule based on emergency situations.

Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka, a 5-Star Hotel in Dhaka, Bangladesh; is being operated by Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Singapore and a member of the Global Hotel Alliance encompassing over 450 upscale and luxury hotels & resorts globally.

We are inviting applications from Bangladeshi Nationals for the following position of the Front Office Department. The candidates must fulfil the following criteria to qualify for the position:

Responsibility:

Transport Associate shall be the representative of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka to ensure 5 Star Standard Transport facilities to our valued guests with smiling face and handle every transport related issue efficiently, courteously and professionally. The incumbent has to perform the following duties but not limited to, as follows:

• Provide safe, punctual and professional transportation services to Hotel guests.

• Coordinate airport transfers, hotel pick-ups, drop-offs, and other guest transportation requirements.

• Maintain excellent knowledge of local destinations, routes, landmarks, and traffic conditions.

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and transportation schedules.

• Check every vehicle on the Pool for refuelling, change of oil, battery, tyre condition.

• Ensure hotel vehicles are clean, presentable, and maintained according to hotel standards.

• Report immediately to Transport Manager/Supervisor for any damage to the vehicle or unusual happening while driving on the city roads.

• Ensure compliance with hotel safety, security, and transportation policies.

• Stand by at the Transport Section while present on duty and always coordinate closely with Transport Manager/Supervisor for instructions.

• Consults with Transport Manager/Supervisor for any changes of work or decision and follows duty roster.

• Perform any other lawful assignment given by the competent authority as well as on emergency requirement basis.
