Marketers 360 Degree is an integrated advertising and creative agency working across Advertising, Branding, Digital Marketing, Creative Communication, Media, Content & Production, Events & Activations, PR, Brand Partnerships, and Technology Solutions.
We are looking for a highly experienced, commercially driven, decisive, and result-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take overall responsibility for agency operations, departmental performance, manpower, execution, business growth, revenue development, and organizational accountability.
This is not a conventional administrative or ceremonial leadership position. The selected COO must be capable of taking ownership, making difficult decisions, building and controlling high-performing teams, generating business opportunities, and delivering measurable organizational and revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations, performance, and execution of Marketers 360 Degree.
Lead and coordinate Business, Commercial & Partnerships, Creative, Digital, Web & Application, Production, Administration, and other operational functions.
Translate Management's strategic direction into measurable plans, targets, and execution.
Assess the existing organizational structure, manpower, capabilities, workload, and performance gaps and recommend necessary restructuring.
Recruit, restructure, reassign, develop, and optimize manpower based on business and operational requirements.
Establish clear departmental and individual KPIs, targets, reporting systems, and accountability frameworks.
Monitor employee and departmental performance through structured weekly and monthly reviews.
Take executive-level responsibility for improving business growth, revenue generation, client acquisition, retainer acquisition, and financial sustainability.
Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business and revenue growth plans.
Supervise the complete business pipeline from Lead Generation → Client Meeting → Presentation → Proposal/Quotation → Follow-up → Negotiation → Conversion → Revenue Collection.
Personally participate in strategic client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and major deal-closing activities when required.
Generate and develop qualified business opportunities through professional networking, corporate relationships, referrals, outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Maintain and expand relationships with corporate decision-makers, brands, business organizations, media, and relevant industry stakeholders.
Reactivate previous/inactive clients and identify cross-selling, upselling, and retainer conversion opportunities.
Monitor client servicing standards, project delivery, deadlines, quality, and client satisfaction.
Ensure effective coordination between Business, Creative, Digital, Production, and other departments from client brief to final delivery.
Possess sufficient creative and advertising industry understanding to evaluate concepts, campaigns, proposals, presentations, and execution feasibility.
Ensure the proper balance between creativity, client expectations, budget, timeline, quality, and profitability.
Monitor project budgets, operational costs, resource utilization, and unnecessary expenditure.
Identify new services, markets, revenue streams, partnerships, and commercially viable business opportunities.
Develop a performance-driven, disciplined, accountable, and ownership-oriented organizational culture.
Resolve operational bottlenecks, interdepartmental conflicts, performance issues, and execution failures proactively.
Submit structured Management reports covering revenue, pipeline, leads, meetings, proposals, conversions, client status, departmental performance, manpower requirements, operational challenges, and corrective actions.
Report directly to the Founder and remain accountable for overall organizational and business performance.
