• Lead the overall management and operation of the company and ensure the achievement of strategic and business objectives.

• Develop and execute business strategies, annual operating plans, budgets, and growth initiatives.

• Build, lead, and develop the local management and operational team.

• Oversee business development, major projects, financial performance, operational efficiency, and key risks.

• Coordinate major management decisions and maintain effective communication with headquarters, partners, clients, and key stakeholders.

• Candidates should have strong English communication skills and solid professional knowledge and experience in solar PV and energy storage and/or central HVAC engineering.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership ability, and a willingness to grow with a start-up company are highly preferred.

• As a start-up company, employees may be required to take on multiple responsibilities and support different functions as business needs evolve. Successful candidates must be flexible and willing to accept reasonable work assignments and additional responsibilities.

• Reference annual package: approximately BDT 1.0 million, plus sales commission.

• Outstanding performers may be considered for equity incentives or other long-term rewards. The company plans to allocate up to 5% of its equity annually for outstanding employee incentives over a ten-year period, subject to company policy, performance evaluation, and applicable approvals.
