Job Context

We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and result-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into its next phase of innovation, sustainable growth, and market expansion. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to set the company's strategic direction, manage overall operations, build high-performing teams, and drive profitability while maintaining strong corporate governance and organizational values.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Vision:

  • Define and execute the company’s long-term corporate goals, business strategies, and vision in alignment with the Board of Directors.

  • Identify new market opportunities, potential partnerships, and innovative business models to drive revenue growth.

• Operational & Financial Excellence:

  • Direct and oversee overall daily operations, departmental workflows, and organizational policies.

  • Prepare annual operating budgets, manage financial performance, control expenditure, and ensure maximum ROI.

  • Ensure full compliance with relevant statutory laws, regulatory standards, and corporate governance norms.

• Team Building & Culture:

  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to C-suite executives and senior management teams.

  • Build a performance-driven culture, foster employee engagement, and attract top talent.

• Stakeholder Management & Public Relations:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and executive leadership.

  • Act as the official spokesperson and representative of the company to key clients, investors, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.

  • Identify potential business risks (financial, operational, market) and implement robust mitigation strategies.
