• Manage and monitor social media platforms and maintain regular online engagement.

• Create, coordinate, and publish digital marketing content across relevant channels.

• Monitor digital campaigns and analyze performance to improve marketing effectiveness.

• Conduct market research and identify new marketing opportunities.

• Handle administrative tasks and maintain proper office documentation and records.

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders as required.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other official documents.

• Manage emails, calls, correspondence, and day-to-day administrative activities.

• Assist management with scheduling, meetings, and other operational requirements.

• Maintain databases, files, and confidential company information accurately.

• Support overall office operations and perform other duties assigned by management.
