Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

Candidates with relevant professional qualifications or experience will also be considered.

Relevant experience in factory compliance, labour law, government regulatory affairs, licensing, and statutory compliance will be preferred.

Retired Factory Inspectors / former government Factory Inspectors will be given preference. 

Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain effective professional relationships with various government, regulatory, and autonomous organizations.

Ability to work independently, visit project sites, and handle compliance matters efficiently.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Compliance Officer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards while supporting the organization in maintaining a strong culture of integrity and accountability.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate all compliance-related matters across various factories and project sites.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, licenses, permits, and government approvals related to factory operations.

Liaise and coordinate with relevant government departments, regulatory authorities, and licensing agencies.

Conduct regular factory/site visits to monitor compliance status and identify areas requiring corrective action.

Prepare, maintain, and update compliance reports, records, registers, and necessary documentation.

Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of all required licenses, permits, certificates, and statutory approvals.

Monitor compliance with applicable labour laws, factory regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, and other government regulations.

Coordinate with management and relevant departments to address compliance gaps and ensure timely corrective measures.

Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with government and regulatory authorities.

Support the organization during government inspections, audits, and regulatory visits.

Keep management informed about regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and potential risks.
