Responsibilities & Context
Supervise daily sales-floor activities and ensure smooth showroom operations.
Guide and monitor Sales Executives to achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, branding, and customer-friendly showroom presentation.
Welcome customers and ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor product availability, price tags, promotional materials, and display standards.
Support retail, installment, corporate, and dealer sales activities.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate complaint handling.
Prepare daily sales and operational reports for the Plaza Manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies, dress code, attendance, and service standards.
Coordinate with the Plaza Manager and relevant departments regarding showroom requirements
