Dhanmondi Branch In-Charge

Go Go Gorgeous

We are looking for a responsible, energetic and customer-focused Branch In-Charge to lead the daily operations of our Dhanmondi outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily branch operations and achieve sales targets

• Supervise, guide and schedule branch employees

• Ensure excellent customer service

• Monitor inventory, stock movement and product availability

• Maintain attractive product displays and branch cleanliness

• Manage cash, POS transactions and daily reports accurately

• Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock and staffing

• Handle customer concerns professionally

• Ensure company policies and operational standards are followed

Requirements:

• Previous retail or supervisory experience is preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Basic knowledge of sales reporting, inventory and POS systems

• Responsible, punctual and capable of working under pressure
