Go Go Gorgeous is looking for a Manager In-Charge to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who can lead operations, manage team performance, and maintain smooth workflows while supporting the continued growth of our brand.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management-related field

• Graduate from a reputed university in Marketing, Management, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline

Key responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations and internal communication

• Manage KPI tracking and oversee team workflows

• Organize training and development initiatives

• Ensure overall team performance targets are achieved

Salary: 35,000 BDT (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
