Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and professionally responsible Medical Assistant to join our Laser & Aesthetic Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with and provide applicable Laser & Aesthetic services according to approved company SOP and professional scope of practice.

• Work with Laser & Aesthetic services including:

  Laser Hair Removal, Carbon Laser, Tattoo Removal, RF (Radio Frequency), HIFU, PRP, Glutathione-related Aesthetic Services

• Other aesthetic procedures offered by the department.

• Prepare clients and treatment rooms before procedures.

• Operate relevant equipment only after proper training and authorization.

• Maintain strict hygiene, sterilization and safety standards.

• Follow prescribed treatment protocols and maintain accurate client treatment records.

• Provide appropriate pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions within the employee's professional scope.

• Observe clients during and after procedures and promptly report any unusual reaction or complication to the responsible senior/authorized professional.

• Maintain equipment and treatment rooms in clean, organized and service-ready condition.

• Maintain client confidentiality and protect all customer information and treatment records.

• Handle clients professionally and provide a high standard of customer care.

• Complete daily treatment/service reports and other departmental documentation.

• Follow all company policies, SOPs and professional standards.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma/Certificate in Medical Assistant, Medical Technology, Nursing or relevant medical field.

• Valid professional Registration Number is mandatory.

• Candidates must provide their Registration Number and relevant registration documents during the recruitment process.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience is mandatory.

• Candidates must have practical experience in Laser & Aesthetic services.

• Experience with Laser Hair Removal, Carbon Laser, Tattoo Removal, RF, HIFU, PRP and other aesthetic procedures will be highly valued.

• Candidates without relevant professional experience will not be considered.

Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of Laser & Aesthetic procedures.
