• Assist in the development, implementation, and continual improvement of EHS policies, procedures, programs, and management systems in line with organizational objectives and applicable standards.

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with applicable EHS laws, regulations, permits, licenses, and organizational requirements, and coordinate necessary compliance actions.

• Conduct and oversee risk assessments, workplace inspections, EHS compliance audits, and safety assessments to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend appropriate control measures.

• Ensure proper maintenance of EHS documentation and records, including registers, licenses, certificates, inspection reports, training records, and other statutory and management requirements.

• Prepare and submit periodic EHS reports, KPI reports, dashboards, performance summaries, and management updates, highlighting key risks, trends, and improvement areas.

• Provide EHS advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and concerned departments to strengthen workplace safety and environmental performance.

• Lead and participate in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans to prevent recurrence.

• Coordinate and monitor PPE and safety equipment management, including requirement assessment, procurement, distribution, proper use, inspection, maintenance, and replacement, while promoting a strong EHS culture among employees and contractors.

• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, HR, SCM, and other relevant departments on EHS matters; support EHS training, awareness and certification programs, internal/external/customer audits, regulatory inspections, certification activities, and other EHS initiatives as assigned by management.
