Responsibilities & Context:

Purpose of the Position

Manage administrative operations and logistics services to ensure efficient office support, transportation, facilities, vendor management, and uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Manage day-to-day corporate administration operations.

  • Coordinate office transportation and logistics support.

  • Supervise facility maintenance and office infrastructure.

  • Manage office assets, inventories, and administrative resources.

  • Monitor vendor contracts, SLAs, and service performance.

  • Coordinate meetings, corporate events, and office logistics.

  • Ensure uninterrupted utility and workplace support services.

  • Drive office safety, security, and compliance initiatives.

  • Optimize office space utilization and workplace efficiency.

  • Develop administration SOPs and operational standards.

  • Prepare administrative MIS and operational reports.

  • Drive continuous improvement across administrative functions.
