  • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.Excellent writing skills, particularly in drafting meeting minutes, reports and proposals.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and digital documentation systems.

  • Strong organizational, analytical and multitasking abilities.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed, with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to travel as required. 

  • The age limit for the applicant would be maximum 40 years. Management reserves the right to make exceptions based on qualifications and experience.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Purpose: The Coordinator/Manager- UCEP Welfare Trust is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the overall welfare-related initiatives, financial operations, and administrative activities of the UCEP Welfare Trust. The role ensures proper governance, transparent fund management, member support services and the effective implementation of welfare policies, in alignment with UCEP Welfare Trust’s values, policies and donor/regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Welfare Trust Fund Management;

  • Establish, manage and strengthen the UCEP Welfare Trust Fund to support beneficiaries through education, vocational training, employment and income-generating initiatives.

  • Oversee the collection, allocation and disbursement of welfare funds in accordance with approved policies.

  • Maintain accurate, transparent and up-to-date financial records, including contributions, loans, grants and benefits.

  • Identify, explore and develop sustainable partnerships and funding opportunities with local, national, and international government and non-government organizations, donors, partners, and individuals.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for resource mobilization, fundraising and long-term financial sustainability of the UCEP Welfare Trust.

  • Maintain a comprehensive and regularly updated database of Trust members, beneficiaries and all welfare-related activities.

Regulatory Approvals and Compliance;

  • Obtain all necessary regulatory approvals, including registration of the UCEP Welfare Trust with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms.

  • Secure all required tax registrations, approvals, and applicable exemptions for the Welfare Trust from the National Board of Revenue (NBR).

  • Ensure proper registration, protection, and compliance of the Trust’s logo and other intellectual property in accordance with applicable copyright laws.

Policy Implementation, Governance & Legal Activities;

  • Ensure strict adherence to Welfare Trust policies, rules, regulations and all applicable statutory requirements.

  • Review and recommend updates to welfare policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure relevance and compliance.

  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely implementation of audit observations and recommendations.

  • Liaise and maintain effective communication with legal advisors and relevant government offices—including Land Office, Sub-Registrar Office, DC Office, and the Secretariat—for compliance, documentation, and legal matters as required.

Planning, Development, Administrative and Operational Support of Welfare Trust;

  • Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of the Welfare Trust Fund.

  • Prepare annual work plans, activity schedules, and budgets for the Welfare Trust.

  • Prepare and submit regular financial and operational reports to senior management, committee members, auditors, and other relevant authorities.

  • Organize and manage various types of meetings, including all necessary logistical arrangements, documentation and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up on decisions for proper implementation and tracking.

  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient welfare operations.

  • Maintain a well-organized, secure, and accessible repository of all Trust-related records, decisions, and documents.

  • Ensure confidentiality, timely reporting, and high standards of documentation and record-keeping.

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the Welfare Trust.

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the UCEP Management or Trustee Board as and where needed.

Job Other Benifits:

    Monthly Consolidated Salary: BDT. 1,00,000/- (One lac only)
