Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee management, and HR administration.
Good understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with HR software/HRIS will be an added advantage.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR & Admin documentation, performance management, and ensuring smooth execution of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and attendance, leave, and HR databases.
Coordinate employee joining formalities, orientation, and exit procedures.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee-related data.
Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and workplace issues.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain performance evaluation records.
Develop and maintain HR reports, employee statistics, and documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company HR practices.
Coordinate with different departments to address HR-related requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR-related documents.
