Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital reporting tools.
Ability to monitor and analyze multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
Good understanding of online customer behavior, digital marketing performance metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
Experience in preparing dashboards, performance reports, and actionable business insights.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet reporting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ability to analyze large datasets and convert them into meaningful management insights.
Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a highly analytical, technology-driven, and proactive Head of Digital Monitoring to oversee the company's digital presence, monitor online performance, analyze digital campaigns, safeguard brand reputation, and provide actionable insights to support business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital monitoring systems across the Group's various business units.
Monitor operational activities through digital platforms, dashboards, CCTV systems, GPS tracking systems, ERP software, and other monitoring tools.
Analyze operational data and identify trends, anomalies, inefficiencies, and compliance issues.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc monitoring reports to Management.
Monitor branch, department, and employee performance through digital reporting systems and provide actionable recommendations.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely resolution of identified issues and discrepancies.
Conduct digital audits and operational reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Monitor transportation operations, fleet movements, attendance systems, and service delivery through digital platforms where applicable.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing monitoring systems and recommend process improvements.
Ensure the security, accuracy, and confidentiality of monitored data and reports.
Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to enhance automation, reporting, and monitoring capabilities.
Investigate operational irregularities, unauthorized activities, and policy violations and report findings to Management.
Support senior management with business intelligence, performance analysis, and decision-making reports.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
