Job Context:

JIN HONG GARMENTS LTD, a sister concern of DISHANG GROUP (China’s leading apparel manufacturer and exporter), is seeking an Executive – Compliance to support and ensure workplace safety, ethical standards, and full regulatory compliance. Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance for main buildings, shades, and factory operations.

  • Maintain full adherence to buyer standards (GU, Carrefour, Zara, Primark, SANMAR, Next, BESTSELLER, Torried, Gap Inc, Lidl, LPP, etc.).

  • Manage certification audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ICS, WCA, FWF, Higg Index, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, BETTER WORK, OEKO-TEX, ISO-9001/14001) and CAP implementation.

  • Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, safety drills, and corrective actions.

  • Oversee fire, building, and emergency safety measures.

  • Ensure RSC (RMG Sustainability Council) compliance.

  • Maintain audit documentation, compliance records, MIS reports, and dashboards for management.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal policies, SOPs, and ethical standards.

  • Train employees and management on compliance, safety, and ethical practices.

  • Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational and compliance efficiency.

  • Assist with legal documents and other duties as required.
