Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

JIN HONG GARMENTS LTD, a sister concern of DISHANG GROUP (China’s leading apparel manufacturer and exporter), is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Jr. Executive / Executive – IE to support sewing line follow-up, productivity improvement, line balancing, and production target achievement. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical ability, good knowledge of SMV, capacity, and sewing operations, and be capable of working closely with production teams to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth line performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up daily production of assigned sewing lines.

  • Monitor hourly production, efficiency, WIP, and line performance.

  • Conduct line balancing to ensure smooth workflow and maximum productivity.

  • Prepare operation breakdown, manpower allocation, and machine requirement for each style.

  • Calculate and follow up SMV, target, and capacity of sewing lines.

  • Identify bottleneck operations and take corrective action with production team.

  • Ensure operators are working according to approved method and operation sequence.

  • Monitor operator performance and suggest improvement for low-performing operators.

  • Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, Cutting, and Planning departments for smooth line operation.

  • Follow up line feeding, layout, machine arrangement, and style changeover.

  • Prepare hourly, daily, and monthly production and efficiency reports.

  • Analyze production loss, idle time, machine downtime, absenteeism, and rework.

  • Support implementation of productivity improvement projects and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Ensure line target is achieved with minimum overtime, rework, and wastage.

  • Participate in PP meeting and provide IE support before line start-up.

  • Perform any other duties related to IE department as assigned by management.
